Venue Features and Amenities
Ceremony Options: Choose from either indoor or outdoor ceremony locations, both offering stunning views and a memorable backdrop for your vows. We are also only 8.9 miles away from Ash Cave & the rest of Hocking Hills for additional Ceremony options!
Receptions: Our large pole barn provides an ideal space for your reception, allowing plenty of room for dining, dancing, and celebrating with loved ones.
Seating: We provide round tables and chairs for up to 50 guests, ensuring your guests are comfortable throughout the event. For additional seating and food stations, two 8-foot long tables and chairs are also available.
Outdoor Amenities: Six outdoor cocktail tables are provided for your guests to enjoy during the cocktail hour or outdoor portion of your event.
Restroom Facilities: Two porta-johns, along with a handwashing station, are available on-site for your convenience.
Additional Amenities
On-Site Housing: A cozy house on the property is available for you and your bridal party to stay in, sleeping up to 10 people comfortably.
Free Parking: We offer ample free parking for all your guests, ensuring everyone has easy access to the venue.
Venue Pricing and Booking Information
Booking: We are currently accepting bookings for 2025, with available dates from Friday to Sunday.
Maximum Guest Capacity: 175 guests
Retainer: A 50% retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date.
Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your wedding date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via debit and credit card.
Investment: Investment starting at $8,000.
